In-Store Product Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchange must be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date.

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. 1. Documentation: All returns must include the packing slip and/or invoice for the item(s).
  2. 2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Damaged items will not be accepted.
  3. 3. Non-Returnable Items:
    * Special orders
    * Tinted products
    * Damaged products
  4. 4. Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Tremex and/or the manufacturer.

Online Orders Return Policy

To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. RMA Request: Fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to initiate the return process.
  2. 2. Documentation: Include the completed RMA form, packing slip, and/or invoice with your return.
  3. 3. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Damaged items will not be accepted.
    4. Non-Returnable Items:
    * Special orders
    * Tinted products
    * Damaged products
  4. 5. Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Tremex and/or the manufacturer.
  5. 6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees for online orders, while in-store returns can be made at no cost.

Restock Charges

  • 1-30 Days: No charge for returns or exchange
  • 31-60 Days: 15% restocking fee.
  • After 60 Days: Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
