Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in construction supplies or a related industry, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and developers.
  • Present and promote Tremex Construction Supplies’ products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction supplies or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Familiarity with construction materials and industry trends is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
